Returning Your Purchase

  • Return Window:
    • All items must be returned within 20 days of receipt.
  • Eligibility:
    • Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition they were received.
    • Items should have all tags attached and be returned in the original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • For hygiene reasons, undergarments, swimwear, and clearance items are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Wait for our Return Authorization:
    • Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and an authorization number.
  3. Pack & Ship:
    • Securely pack your items, including the original packing slip or a note with your order number.
    • Use a trackable shipping method; Maiame isn’t responsible for lost returns.

Refunds

  • Processing Time:
    • Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 7 days for processing.
  • Method:
    • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
